Plan de negocios para la cafetería y panadería “Fabri Pan La Francesaâ€

Abstract

Esta investigación se basó en conocer los problemas existentes de la “Cafetería y Panadería Fabri Pan la Francesa†ubicada en la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo de la república del Ecuador y proponer al propietario de la misma la formulación de un Plan de Negocios, el cual le serviría como una herramienta de trabajo y de esta manera pueda conducir su negocio hacia el éxito. Para cuyo efecto; fue necesario realizar una reingeniería integral del negocio, la misma que consistió en efectuar los estudios de mercado, financieros y administrativos; y de esta forma, pueda dirigir la empresa hacia un crecimiento razonable, generando riqueza que justifique su inversión.
