Estrategia de administración de inventarios de materia prima para la empresa Café Bombons C.B.S.A

Abstract

La eficiencia en la gestión de los inventarios y la administración consecuente de las existencias fue la finalidad del presente estudio. Para este fin se elaboró un manual de funciones como estrategia para la administración del inventario de materia prima en la empresa Café Bombons C.B.S.A. El exceso de stocks de diferentes insumos utilizados para la generación de los productos ofertados por la compañía, provocan la caducidad de las materias primas adquiridas y el desfase de algunas de las actividades productivas.
