La caducidad del derecho del actor para ejercer la acción contenciosa administrativa en materia contractual pública

Abstract

Según el trabajo de investigación llevado a cabo minuciosamente por la suscrita, conllevo a realizar un extracto de los puntos más importante, en el cual se evidenciará como la caducidad del derecho en materia de contratación pública, transgrede los derechos del actor, en virtud de que se ha evidenciado que existen juicios especiales en los cuales, el juzgador del Tribunal Distrital Contencioso Administrativo, ha enviado al archivo por haber transcurrido el tiempo establecido en el Código Orgánico General de Procesos, contraviniendo lo estipulado en el marco constitucional de contar con el tiempo necesario para la defensa de los intereses.
