El proceso de crédito y cobranzas y su impacto en la liquidez de la compañía Servibirsa S.A

Abstract

El manejo inadecuado de aprobación de créditos en una empresa impacta la liquidez de la misma sino se consideran manuales y procedimientos correctos, no permite tomar decisiones sustentadas en informes técnicos que sirven para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa. Puesto que al no tener manuales correctos genera un inconveniente tanto así que no se puede cumplir con las obligaciones, para los directivos de la empresa al encontrarse con este problema que impacta en su flujo directo permite se realice este proyecto de investigación es importante porque permitirá proporcionar recomendaciones que ayudaran a mejorar sus procesos logrando efectividad y eficiencia de las operaciones.
