Proyecto de pre factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa productora de pasta de cacao en el Cantón Durán, Provincia del Guayas

Abstract

En la presente investigación se pretende dar a conocer la prefactibilidad en la creación de una microempresa productora de pasta de cacao, para lo cual se ha procedido a exponer el proceso de elaboración del producto, desde la compra de la materia prima hasta la obtención del producto final. Además se ha realizado una investigación de campo, mediante encuestas en el cantón Durán para conocer la aceptación del proyecto en las personas que pertenecen a la Población Económicamente Activa, en la que se pudo comprobar que el mismo tiene un alto grado de aceptación y que la población del sector si está dispuesta a realizarlo. Finalmente mediante estudios financieros se estableció la estimación de costos y la rentabilidad del proyecto.
