El uso indebido de la prisión preventiva y como afecta los derechos establecidos en la Constitución aun con la vigencia del Código Orgánico Integral Penal

Abstract

El presente trabajo cuya naturaleza es investigativa, está encaminado a una mejor aplicación de la medida cautelar de carácter personal esto es la prisión preventiva, para que con un mejor cuidado se evite la violación de los principios constitucionales implícitos al ser humano. El contenido del presente trabajo nos permitirá conocerla evolución de esta medida cautelar, además podemos ver las falencias que hay por parte de los operadores de justicia al dictar de manera apresurada la prisión preventiva.
