Abstract

La presente investigacion tuvo como propósito principal analizar la incidencia del proceso crediticio y su relación en el incremento de cartera vencida de los almacenes de línea blanca del sector central en el cantón El Empalme año 2016, ya que mediante este análisis se logró lo siguiente; identificar el proceso crediticio, identificar las faltas de control interno y presentar los mecanismos de recuperación de cartera vencida que deben implementar los almacenes de línea blanca, las principales causas que incitaron a realizar esta investigación fueron: la débil planificación organizacional para el desarrollo comercial, inadecuados controles internos e Inadecuadas políticas de cobranza.
