Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación se estructuró en los siguientes capítulos: El capítulo 1 que describe los elementos que conforman el diseño de la investigación con información sobre el planteamiento y formulación del problema de investigación, los objetivos de investigación (general y específicos) y la idea a defender. El capítulo 2 presentó un marco teórico estructurado con teorías, definiciones y explicaciones académicas, de expertos sobre el tema que se investigó, esto sirvió para una mejor comprensión del tema. El capítulo 3 detalló la metodología de investigación y técnicas empleadas para determinar el estado de la problemática en la empresa DUROGLASS. También la tabulación de los resultados del diagnóstico de la situación que se investigó. El capítulo 4 presentó el contenido del manual de funciones para el personal que trabaja en DUROGLASS.
