Planeación financiera y la gestión empresarial

Abstract

La planeación financiera es una herramienta de gestión empresarial que busca optimizar los recursos de la empresa. La presente investigación realiza una revisión teórica de la planeación financiera, con el fin de evidenciar la utilidad de esta herramienta en la gestión empresarial traducida en la toma de decisiones acertadas, concluyendo que la aplicación de la planeación financiera evidencia los efectos financieros de las decisiones a través de indicadores de gestión financiera.
