Abstract

El diseño de un plan de carrera para el personal operativo de la compañía Daxti S.A se ha realizado con el fin de brindar un modelo de gestión por competencias para el personal operativo del departamento contable, mejorando así el ambiente y condiciones laborales, aumentando el nivel de servicio que se les brinda a los clientes beneficiando a la compañía.
