Costo de producción y precio justo de la carne bovina en el Ecuador

Abstract

La presente investigación, se realizó en la parroquia Valparaíso del cantón Guano de la provincia de Chimborazo, en la cual se implementó un proyecto productivo pecuario cuyo objetivo está dirigido a mejorar las condiciones de vida de los pequeños ganaderos de la zona, mediante la introducción de toretes para engorde de la raza Normanda Mejorada. Para el estudio, fue necesario recolectar información en la institución gestora del proyecto de los temas de mayor relevancia y que fue la base para la toma de decisión en su ejecución, tales como los problemas existentes, el estudio del mercado, el establecimiento de objetivos entre otros.
