Manual de procesos administrativos contables en la Asociación de exportadores de banano del Ecuador- AEBE

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación se enfocó en la realización de un Manual de Procesos Administrativos y Contables para AEBE, donde se establecieron las respectivas funciones y procedimientos a seguir por el personal para el desempeño adecuado de su trabajo. Esto servirá como una herramienta de apoyo a la administración para contar con parámetros y lineamientos que permitan medir la eficiencia laboral y administrativa del talento humano. ASOCIACIÒN DE EXPORTADORES DE BANANO DEL ECUADOR –AEBE. Es una institución sin fines de lucro que agrupa al sector bananero ecuatoriano. Está constituida desde el 11 de febrero del 1999, mediante el acuerdo ministerial # 999054 expedido por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior Industrialización y Pesca.
