Abstract

Este artículo científico tiene como objetivo general examinar la morosidad de la cartera de créditos y cobranzas, aplicando tratamiento de la información de antigüedad de clientes e indicadores financieros, con el fin de medir la liquidez y rentabilidad de la empresa, mediante la investigación de campo y documental, con el apoyo de las técnicas de entrevistas y la observación, las cuales sirvieron de apoyo para desarrollar la investigación, considerando la información recopilada e investigada con respecto al tema; con el fin de recuperar la cartera vencida y así mejorar los ingresos de la empresa, lo que también ayudará a que la organización obtenga mejoría en la liquidez y rentabilidad.
