Reestructuración de procesos basado en el estudio de gestión de crédito y cobranzas de la Empresa Latina Salud

Abstract

La reestructuración de procesos de crédito y cobranzas tiene la importancia de establecer estrategias, procesos y políticas que permitan desarrollar las actividades de manera eficiente, disminuyendo la incidencia de las eventualidades o contingencias fortuitas que se presentan durante el transcurso de la gestión empresarial. Por lo tanto es necesario estudiar los riesgos financieros referentes a la mala gestión del departamento de crédito y cobranza como un aspecto que actualmente tiene una gran importancia en el campo empresarial, por medio del desarrollo de la reestructuración de los procesos, basada en el estudio de la gestión de cobranzas, así como, establecer los pasos óptimos para supervisar el otorgamiento de créditos y garantizar los pagos puntuales de los clientes, sin afectar la relación comercial entre la empresa y ellos.
