Abstract

Nuestro proyecto estuvo enfocado y fue realizado en el reciento El Papayo, situado en el cantón Daule, de la zona de planificación 5, siendo la zona más importante en el país donde se lo cultiva, el Ecuador es rico en gramínea pues se considera el mayor explotador de este sustancioso y delicioso producto, pero posee una rentabilidad baja, no positiva para el productor de arroz, en el cual vamos a determinar que método es el más favorable y le conviene más al productor, si el método tradicional, o el método de presión.
