Fundamentos teóricos y conceptuales sobre el análisis financiero con enfoque de riesgos en el Sector Bancario Cubano

Abstract

El artículo expone la importancia y utilidad de desarrollar un análisis financiero analizando los riesgos en la actividad bancaria para evitar los efectos adversos y tomar decisiones oportunas. Este análisis permitirá a las sucursales bancarias medir la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad en las diferentes áreas, procesos y en los servicios que presta, para detectar los principales riesgos inherentes a la actividad financiera que pudieran afectar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización. Con este fin, inicialmente se identifican los aspectos conceptuales más relevantes relacionados con la temática investigada, y los principales beneficios que ofrece este tipo de análisis para las instituciones financieras.
