Planejamento e controle da produção em uma fábrica de sorvetes

Abstract

A competitividade do mercado está cada vez mais acirrada e para sobreviver à concorrência, as empresas estão buscando estratégias de gestão de seus processos visando assim, reduzir custos e consequentemente melhorar a produtividade. Esta pesquisa está direcionada a necessidade de um setor de PCP nas empresas para estudar a demanda e capacidade e suas variáveis, neste caso, utilizando-se de ferramentas como o mapeamento do fluxo de valor e o plano mestre de produção para definir a necessidade de mão de obra e suas possibilidades de distribuição dentro da unidade fabril.
