El florecimiento de los Guayacanes como evento natural impulsor de la economía sectorial en Ecuador

Abstract

Es menester del crecimiento económico, buscar nuevas formas que generen ingresos y que aporten al desarrollo de sectores históricamente olvidados. En el caso del Ecuador específicamente en el sur del país dentro del Bosque Seco entre las provincias de Loja y El Oro, el evento del Florecimiento de los Guayacanes constituye un evento natural único a nivel mundial, que llama la atención para que año a año se suscite una gran cantidad de turistas nacionales e internacionales. Este evento visto desde el enfoque económico como ente dinamizador de la economía sectorial, se analizó con el fin de poder ver el impacto que genera en ingresos a las zonas directamente influenciadas. Mismos que sin duda alguna sirven para contrarrestar problemas de falta de empleo, pobreza y migración. Lo que permitió plantear la asociación comunitaria como elemento estratégico para el desarrollo del sector, en busca de una mejor administración y ser un factor clave para el sostenimiento económico de la zona.
