Costos y gastos de operación en los planes de seguro por salud y su impacto en la rentabilidad de la empresa Asisken Asistencia Médica S.A

Abstract

El presente proyecto se refiere al análisis de los costos y gastos operativos que se generan en los planes de seguro por salud en la rama de la medicina pre pagada, debido a que los planes son generados en base al mercado el gerente o administrados no sabe el impacto que se genera en la rentabilidad de la empresa, generando un gran nivel de incertidumbre ya que aunque genere utilidad la empresa puede que existan planes que tengan un nivel de rentabilidad alto que cubra a los planes que en realidad sean no rentables. El análisis de los costos y gastos permitirá establecer la rentabilidad que representa cada plan otorgado a los afiliados y así tener garantizado plenamente la comercialización de los mismos permitiendo la adecuada toma de decisiones.
