Impuesto a la renta único al sector productor de banano en el Ecuador

Abstract

Al ser un sector relevante en la economía del Ecuador, el cual representa el 15% del total de exportaciones y siendo primer rubro de exportaciones no petroleras, cualquier cambio suscitado en este sector necesita ser estudiado a profundidad y analizado con las diferentes variables que pudieran incidir en su desempeño.La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar el impuesto a la renta único al sector bananero, aplicado a la actividad de cultivo de banano.Se efectúo un análisis comparativo de la presión fiscal ejercida entre los periodos 2014 y 2015, mediante el cual se evidenció que la carga impositiva para la actividad de cultivo de banano tuvo una reducción del 20.38%; por lo que la implementación de una tarifa progresiva de acuerdo al número de cajas vendidas por semana beneficio para este tipo de contribuyentes.
