Análisis en el sistema aduanero ECUAPASS en los campos de aplicación de códigos liberatorios en importaciones a consumo y su impacto a los operadores de comercio exterior

Abstract

En el presente análisis se pretende poner en conocimiento el impacto con el que cuentan las mercancías que van a ingresar al país desde el bloque económico de la Comunidad Andina de Naciones, a fin de que los potenciales importadores logren empaparse de todos los aspectos que van a permitir comercializar productos con libre arancel aplicando los diferentes códigos liberatorios. La Comunidad Andina de Naciones establece la libre circulación de mercancías procedentes de cada uno de los países miembros, adicionalmente la Comunidad Andina de Naciones representa uno de los pocos acuerdos de integración comercial que impulsa al comercio externo ecuatoriano, pues al pertenecer a la Comunidad Andina de Naciones ha beneficiado al país con la obtención de preferencias arancelarias con el fin de fomentar las relaciones comerciales entre países desarrollados y en vías de desarrollo.
