Costeo ABC y su aplicación en los costos por productos

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar la correcta implementación del sistema de costos ABC el cual permitirá determinar aquellos costos que no han sido identificados en cada uno de los procesos, estos costos serán controlados a través del numero de actividades, además utiliza la jerarquía de las actividades como base para realizar la asignación y usa generadores de costos que están o no relacionados al volumen. Se utilizaron dos métodos de investigación descriptivo y analítico, con un enfoque mixto es de decir cualitativo y cuantitativo, por lo que se empleó las técnicas de investigación como la entrevista y revisión Documental. Una vez realizada la investigación se logró como resultado obtener información estratégica adicional a través del rastreo de productos, con el sistema de costos ABC se pone en manifiesto los efectos de las fallas de calidad permitiendo a la empresa mejorar la percepción en la causa de los costos, proporcionando información oportuna en el momento de realizar los respectivas tomas de decisiones.
