Abstract

El siguiente Proyecto de Graduación se basa en la Reestructuración del área de nómina y compensaciones mediante la reingeniería de los procesos en la empresa de servicios médicos Latinomedical S.A., por la cual se desea realizar el análisis de los procesos ya existentes para tener como punto de partida y reestructurarlos para lograr satisfacción al cliente interno y mantener un adecuado de manejo y flujo de información para análisis de las gerencias departamentales y tomar decisiones adecuadas en cuanto al tema de personal como es la vinculación de personal, desvinculación de personal y el proceso de la nómina. Con la reestructuración de procesos se reducirán errores al momento de realizar la liquidación de nómina mensual, se mejoraría en la tecnológica como es con la adquisición de un nuevo sistema de nómina para así cumplir con la parte legal que es exigida por las entidades de regulación estatal
