Gestão de custos de uma micro empresa do ramo alimentício

Abstract

O presente artigo visa produzir informações para os diversos níveis gerenciais, coletando, classificando e registrando os dados operacionais relacionadas à empesas do ramo alimentício através do método de custeio: custeio por absorção, variável ou direto e ABC. No escopo do artigo, está presente o estudo de caso de uma empresa do ramo alimentício localizada na cidade de Belém/PA realizada no mês de outubro de 2016 com tabelas mostrando informações dos custos da empresa. Como resultado, demonstra-se a situação favorável da política de custos da empresa.
