Aplicación del marketing al captar recursos financieros de los jubilados en Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Guaranda Ltd

Abstract

Este artículo describe los resultados de la investigación correspondiente al ejercicio de dirección estratégica de venta en servicios, implícita en el marketing, a la hora de captar recursos financieros de los jubilados del cantón Guaranda en la Cooperativa Guaranda Ltd., promoviendo estudio correlacional implementado en la institución. La meta es disponer de nuevos productos y/o servicios innovadores para su lanzamiento en el momento preciso que el mercado lo requiere, demostrando la competitividad ante cooperativas concurrentes donde el objetivo principal resulta incrementar captaciones de recursos financieros de los jubilados del cantón Guaranda mediante la aplicación de la dirección estratégica de ventas implícita en plan de mercadeo de esta citada Cooperativa. Los niveles de investigación aplicados son Correlacional; Exploratorio; Descriptivo; Asociación de Variables y Explicativo. Se logra promover la captación de recursos financieros, identificando factores limitantes destacando el papel del marketing en calidad de herramienta gerencial.
