Programa de capacitaciones al personal de ventas para incrementar los ingresos y mejorar el servicio al cliente en Hunting & Fishing de la ciudad de Guayaquil, período 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación sirve como una propuesta de mejora continua al nivel de ventas de la compañía Hunting & Fishing frente a una deficiencia en su personal frente al tema de atención al cliente, principalmente el personal de ventas no contaba con la suficiente información para vender los artículos de pesca que no podían entablar una conversación con clientes especializados en el tema. De acuerdo a la investigación de campo realizada a los clientes, solicitaban contar con un personal que sugiera al momento de su compra, le recomiende opciones de mantenimiento y además les de opciones para satisfacer sus necesidades de incurrir en la pesca deportiva, es decir solicitar una inducción previa de los artículos de pesca antes de la compra. La solución abordada es proveer de un programa de capacitación a toda la organización sobre temas de descripción del producto, atención al cliente y alternativas de persuasión para cerrar negociaciones.
