Abstract

Las PYMES son pequeñas y medianas empresas que ven limitados sus recursos de acuerdo a su tamaño y capital de trabajo; por lo tanto, enfrentan el problema de permanencia en el mercado y deben ajustar su gestión a un manejo de estrategias competitivas. La investigación se centra en el caso de las PYMES comerciales de productos de consumo masivo del cantón Milagro, definiendo el siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cómo la Estrategia Competitiva de Enfoque influye en el Desarrollo Empresarial de las PYMES comerciales de productos de consumo masivo del cantón Milagro, Ecuador 2012 – 2016?, el mismo que llevó a establecer como objetivo general del estudio: Determinar el grado de influencia de la Estrategia Competitiva de Enfoque en el Desarrollo Empresarial de las PYMES comerciales de productos de consumo masivo del cantón Milagro, Ecuador 2012 – 2016. El mencionado estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio, centrando su unidad de análisis en la población de PYMES dedicadas a la comercialización de productos de consumo en el cantón Milagro, siendo esto un total de 35 negocios.
