Proceso de control de calidad para el banano de exportación en finca bananera

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los controles de calidad del banano de exportación en finca bananera Nelly Beatriz, son controles requeridos por MAGAP para su producción. Se identifica los controles que se realizan al momento de seleccionar la fruta a cosechar según las semanas de gestación, se verifica el grado o calibre de los dedos de acuerdo lo establecido en la norma y las necesidades de los clientes, tomando en cuenta los parámetros a controlar, infección, insectos, golpes y su desflore; el lavado de la fruta, su fumigación y el llenado al vacío son esenciales para garantizar que le producto llegue a buenas condiciones a su destino final; su peso neto estándar de 46 libras para cualquier destino o mercado que requieran de la fruta.
