Juego de empresas para alcanzar las habilidades directivas

Abstract

Las habilidades gerenciales o "directivas" son un conjunto de capacidades y conocimientos que una persona posee para realizar las actividades de liderazgo y coordinación en el rol de gerente o líder de un grupo de trabajo u organización. Estas habilidades pueden ser adquiridas mediante el uso de un simulador de negocios. En este trabajo se presenta una revisión literaria de los principales conceptos de habilidades directivas y de simulador de negocios. Además, se muestran los antecedentes de los simuladores de negocios. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo es de tipo documental (basada en consultas de libros y sitios web de los principales simuladores existentes en el mercado. A manera de conclusión, se puede decir que, en un programa de desarrollo de habilidades directivas, el uso de un simulador de negocios juega un papel muy importante ya que este ofrece una herramienta innovadora para alcanzar las competencias gerenciales de una forma sencilla y a un costo muy bajo.
