Estudio prospectivo estratégico en el sistema de gestión comercial de sucursal comercial Caracol Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aplicar métodos de planificación prospectiva estratégica en el Sistema de Gestión Comercial en la Tienda Sucursal Caracol de Holguín, para lo cual se aplicaron softwares de planificación prospectiva estratégica. Los métodos utilizados son parte de la Metodología de elaboración de escenarios de Michel Godet (2009). Se propone integrar estas técnicas a la temática de la gestión comercial, por la importancia que reviste dicho subsistema en la empresa. Dentro de los principales resultados se tiene la determinación de las variables claves, actores claves e identificación de los escenarios más probables que deberá enfrentar la empresa, así como la propuesta de acciones genéricas para la mejora del sistema de gestión comercial.
