La personalidad de las empresas extranjeras en México

Abstract

Frente a las alternativas por medio de las cuales se pueden llevar a cabo proyectos de inversión en México, existen reglas que permiten canalizar la inversión extranjera otorgándole mayor seguridad, desregulación jurídica, apertura sectorial y eliminación de requisitos de desempeño. Ello, a propósito de que en las últimas décadas diversas empresas o grupos primordialmente ubicados en países exportadores de capital han incrementado su presencia alrededor del mundo y han encontrado en América Latina una serie de ventajas para incrementar su valor optimizando sus recursos, lo que sin duda tiene un impacto económico muy relevante en nuestro país.
