La empresa mexicana, clasificaciones y características

Abstract

La presente investigación nos indica cómo un gran porcentaje de las MIPYMES caen en la tipología de empresas familiares, mostrando las condiciones en las cuáles se manejan en México, procurando encontrar alternativas que pudieran ayudar a su progreso. Se presenta la empresa mexicana, sus clasificaciones y características, conceptos, finalidades, y fortalezas así como la organización de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas y la empresa familiar2, sus antecedentes, definiciones y clasificaciones. Se abordan también las MIPYMES en México sus ventajas, fortalezas y debilidades. Se trata de la organización propia de la empresa familiar. Se puede observar que las empresas, de manera general, buscan un beneficio económico mediante la producción de bienes o servicios para la sociedad que les permita la obtención de utilidades para crecer y satisfacer necesidades propias, manejando los riesgos que implica el manejo de una empresa.
