El clima organizacional y su incidencia en el rendimiento del talento humano en las pymes del sector comercial

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta una investigación detallada sobre el clima organizacional y como incide esto en el rendimiento del talento humano; un ambiente de trabajo agradable logra que todos los empleados sientan satisfacción laboral y más si existe una buena comunicación se podrá alcanzar las metas y logros de la empresa así como también una gran competitividad y rentabilidad de la misma. Los resultados de esta investigación podrán ayudar a todas las empresas del sector comercial a que sepan que estrategias utilizar para poder brindar a sus empleados una atención de calidad; para mantenerlos motivados y que puedan llegar al éxito de las grandes empresas a través del bienestar de su talento humano. La clave del éxito es fortalecer al talento humano con motivación, satisfacción y buen ambiente para ser grandes organizaciones.
