La auditoría de gestión como herramienta de control: una alternativa para la administración moderna y su enfoque al performance empresarial en las pymes

Abstract

Los factores económicos, financieros y sociales están condicionando el performance de las actividades empresariales en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) en los diferentes sectores de la economía de cada país. En el presente artículo se describe y analiza algunos de estos aspectos, por los cuales es ineludible implementar un proceso sistemático de revisión y evaluación (Auditoria de gestión) en las actividades empresariales de las Pymes. El documento presenta una revisión bibliográfica de diferentes trabajos sobre la auditoría de gestión y su enfoque en el performance empresarial, constituyendo una herramienta vital de evaluación, control, dirección, gestión y verificación de las actividades a ser realizadas. A través de este trabajo queremos contribuir al desarrollo del performance empresarial basado en eficiencia, eficacia y economía de la gestión empresarial de pequeñas, medianas o grandes empresas ecuatorianas.
