Ilegalidad aduanera y su impacto en la economía de los importadores ecuatorianos de prendas de vestir, durante el periodo 2010 – 2015

Abstract

La investigación recopila información sobre ilegalidad aduanera, expresado en las aprehensiones realizadas de mercaderías entre las que se encuentran los textiles, recaudaciones por pago de tributos, datos proporcionados por el Servicio Nacional de Aduanas del Ecuador, así como también se cuenta con las estadísticas de las importaciones de textiles realizadas entre 2010 y 2015. La metodología empleada se basa en un estudio descriptivo correlacional de variables, que hace hincapié en el proceso de importación y como éste beneficiaría a los comerciantes.El objetivo es describir de forma concisa la situación actual en el campo de las aprehensiones y recaudaciones, verificar que se realizan mayores controles en las fronteras y que a pesar de existir en la actualidad barreras arancelarias y no arancelarias que complican en cierto punto la economía del negocio de las importaciones, es aún una alternativa rentable a la que deben apostar los pequeños y medianos comerciantes de textiles.
