Assimetria De Informaã‡Ãƒo Em Redes De Empresas Horizontais: Um Estudo Das Diferentes Percepã‡Ã•Es De Seus Atores

Abstract

Redes interorganizacionais vem surgindo em diferentes tipos de organizações, que veem na cooperação um importante caminho para aumentar a competitividade, compartilhar informações, tecnologia, recursos, oportunidades e riscos. Dessa forma, cresce também o interesse por ganhos oriundos desse relacionamento. Esses ganhos podem ser provenientes das assimetrias de informações entre os agentes. O objetivo principal da presente pesquisa é analisar de que maneira ocorre o processo de assimetria informacional em redes horizontais, sob o ponto de vista dos seus diferentes “atores†(atores membros das redes, integrantes sem cargos de direção; atores presidentes e atores consultores). Para atingir o objetivo proposto, a pesquisa utiliza o método de multicasos, com natureza de pesquisa exploratória. Os principais resultados apontam a presença de uma assimetria de informação nas redes pesquisadas. Entretanto, os ganhos ainda são relativamente satisfatórios para seus membros, os levando a não dar a devida atenção para esse processo nas redes.
