Determinantes De La Inversiã“N Externa Directa. Alguna Evidencia Para Argentina

Abstract

En este trabajo, se describen los flujos de inversiones externas directas hacia Argentina y América Latina en las últimas décadas. Asimismo, se analizan los principales factores macroeconómicos que podrían explicar la Inversión externa directa total como porcentaje del PIB, en el caso argentino. Las estimaciones emplean modelos de VAR estructural y datos anuales, que cubren el período 1986-2014. Se explora también el vínculo entre la inversión externa directa y el crecimiento a través de pruebas de causalidad de Granger.
