Abstract

La influencia de la tecnología en el desarrollo de las instituciones públicas hace diez años tenía poca incidencia porque no existía el compromiso de autoridades para implementar políticas de cumplimiento obligatorio, sin embargo hoy es primordial que los directivos, como responsables estén inmersos en cada uno de los procesos de cambio, de tal forma que con una adecuada asesoría, las decisiones finales sean por consenso en busca de objetivos comunes, dentro del marco de la innovación tecnológica. En la actualidad las Instituciones Públicas ponen especial interés en fomentar el compromiso y pertinencia con el desarrollo de la organización por lo que los procesos de gestión de talento humano se realizan con el apoyo de la tecnología a través del desarrollo y aplicación de herramientas informáticas lo que conlleva a los funcionario a brindar un servicio eficiente y eficaz al usuario durante los trecientos sesenta y cinco días del año y de esta manera se optimizan los recursos del estado.
