Abstract

O presente estudo pretende apresentar um modelo de equação de oferta de dendê em cacho no Estado do Pará. Pretende-se especificamente entender que influencia flutuações do preço e da área destinada ao plantio tem na quantidade ofertada. Para tal foram colhidos dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística sobre a quantidade produzida, área plantada e preço da tonelada do fruto somente dentro do Estado. Para a validação do modelo forma feitos testes de correlação, regressão, histogramas e análises de resíduos. Ao final também foi realizada uma analise econômica a respeito dos coeficientes de elasticidade encontrados.
