Caracterizaciã“N Y Diagnã“Stico Del Sistema De Control Interno En Los Puntos De Venta Cumanayagua

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diagnosticar los Puntos de Venta Cumanayagua perteneciente al Complejo Cruces, Palmira, Lajas, Cumanayagua, Corporación CIMEX .S.A. para conocer si resulta necesario evaluar el Sistema de Control Interno con que cuenta la entidad, según la Resolución 60 de la Contraloría General de la república, en busca de contribuir a tomar decisiones oportunas para optimizar los resultados empresariales. Se realiza un diagnóstico del Sistema de Control Interno de esta entidad para, de acuerdo a los resultados del mismo, realizar en otras investigaciones el Rediseño. Para este empeño fueron empleadas técnicas de entrevistas a los trabajadores y personal directivo y revisión documental.
