Determinación de los costos indirectos de fabricación y gastos operacionales en la elaboración de alimenticios

Abstract

El desarrollo de la presente investigación, permitió implementar un nuevo sistema para calcular los costos indirectos de fabricación y a su vez establecer los gastos operacionales en la producción de alimentos, trabajo que se lo llevó a cabo en la Panadería “La Vienesa” de la ciudad de Riobamba de la República del Ecuador durante el período 2014 al 2015. Para la determinación de los costos indirectos y gastos operacionales, se midieron los tiempos en la producción del pan desde el momento del despacho de la materia prima de bodega, hasta su salida del horno, método que permitió establecer el costo de producción y venta más cercano a la realidad.
