Análisis y evaluación de la factibilidad de un proyecto de expansión. Caso: D'Sylvia Florería

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de inversión para expandir la empresa D'Sylvia Florería, se pretende realizar en la ciudad de Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, lugar en el que ya se cuenta con una sucursal, pero que con el fin de llegar a más clientes, tener más espacio y mayores beneficios económicos, se piensa establecer una sucursal más, en un punto clave de la ciudad, dentro del cual no hay competencia cerca. Se realizó un análisis de diferentes datos demográficos de la ciudad, como su cantidad de habitantes, así como un análisis del sector y de esta manera saber cuánta competencia existe en el área en la que se establecerá la nueva sucursal, así como análisis para determinar los gustos y preferencias de los consumidores. Mediante la misión, visión y valores corporativos, se piensa posicionar la empresa dentro del mercado de la ciudad haciéndola crecer día con día. Dentro de las siguientes páginas se encontraran todos los aspectos clave para determinar la viabilidad del establecimiento de la nueva sucursal.
