Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) ha sido considera una actividad del desarrollo de las organizaciones determinante para garantizar el crecimiento social del contexto donde se encuentran y de su mercado. Lo que ha permitido relacionar a la RSE con la puesta en marcha de estrategias de orden competitivo, asegurando una mayor permanencia de las marcas en el mercado. De esta manera, la idea de la RSE se lleva al contexto de la Ciudad de Xalapa, Ver., en México, donde su vocación productiva la lleva a estar identificada con el sector servicios, mientras implica la necesidad de reconocer la manera en que el mercado percibe el esfuerzo realizado por aquellas en medio de la RSE.
