Expocapacitación agropecuaria para el desarrollo económico del sector campesino del municipio Jobabo, las Tunas

Abstract

Tomando en cuenta la necesidad de buscar soluciones que permitan mejorar la cultura económico - agropecuaria de los productores y profesionales del sector privado, se desarrolla el proyecto de investigación y desarrollo local, el cual parte de un diagnóstico para detectar las insuficiencias en el proceso de producción, tales como: Inadecuada aplicación de los procedimientos agrotécnicos en la producción, insuficiente uso de las tecnologías agropecuarias y conocimiento sobre las legislaciones jurídicas, tributarias y del control interno. Se trabaja en la capacitación directa del campesino en temas para mejorar la producción de alimentos, temas económicos y jurídicos desarrollados fundamentalmente en juntas directivas, áreas experimentales y locales previstas para efectuar la capacitación. La importancia de la capacitación para el desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades para desempeñar sus actividades con eficiencia. Se implementan acciones de capacitación permanente para promover la cultura económica agropecuaria de los productores y profesionales del sector privado, con las que se logra elevar su cultura agropecuaria, organizacional y económica mediante los cursos propuestos. En el transcurso de la investigación se utilizaron técnicas como la observación y la entrevista.
