Abstract

En el trabajo se fundamenta el Sistema de Gestión de la Innovación para el modelo empresarial cooperativo en Cuba, a partir de las deficiencias generales que han sido observadas y los parámetros establecidos por las normativas de dicha actividad. Se establecen los principios y funciones como parte del sistema, así como la guía para su diagnóstico, dirigido a lograr una mayor competitividad de la empresa cooperativa en el contexto económico nacional.
