Una nueva aproximación al comportamiento recesivo de la economía venezolana

Abstract

El crecimiento económico venezolano es de naturaleza endógena. El parámetro fundamental de dicho crecimiento es la productividad empresarial asociada a la inversión de capital fijo. Pero esta productividad tiene una trayectoria histórica recesiva. Como consecuencia de ello, una trayectoria histórica similar denota el crecimiento económico venezolano. Cambiar el comportamiento recesivo de la economía venezolana requiere de un gran impulso de crecimiento. Un gran impulso que en el marco geográfico de MERCOSUR, exige como condición inicial de una política de crcimiento hacia afuera. Es decir, de una política industrial basada en la diversificación de exportaciones.
