Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad determinar las consecuencias que se producen al no utilizar las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en hoteles de bajo presupuesto de la ciudad de Guayaquil y de demostrar que con su uso, muchos de estos lugares mejorarían su calidad y eficiencia, determinar el mejoramiento que tendrían los establecimientos hoteleros de cuarta categoría si aplican las tecnologías de información y comunicación y demostrar que con su uso mejorarían su organización.
