Condiciones actuales de las MPYMES manufactureras del Cantón Riobamba ecuador la competitividad y sus estrategias para mejorar

Abstract

La velocidad con las que cambia la tecnología, las condiciones actuales en las que la globalización incursiona en los mercados hace que vivamos con mucho más auge la competitividad que tienen que desarrollar las empresas y que por lo tanto tengan que consolidar sus estrategias apoyadas en el recurso intangible como el conocimiento que conviertan en acciones sostenibles en el tiempo para su permanencia. Para tener una apreciación de las condiciones actuales en las que se encuentran las Pymes manufactureras del Cantón Riobamba, se realizó una Auditoria de Marketing, con la utilización de la MATRIZ RMG que ayuda a conocerlo, indicando la tendencia clara de la situación actual de la empresa a través de un breve cuestionario que analiza, entre otras variables, el nivel de innovación, testea la comunicación externa e interna de la compañía, su posicionamiento en internet, valora el equipo comercial, la atención y conocimiento que se tiene del cliente.
