Abstract

El presente trabajo hace referencia a la Implantación del Sistema de Control Interno basado en la Resolución 60/11 C.G.R. en la Dirección Municipal de Comercio y Gastronomía. El objetivo general de la investigación es implantar un Sistema de Control Interno basado en un mejoramiento continuo en el control y utilización de los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron la importancia de la implantación del Sistema de Control Interno en la empresa favoreciendo a un control eficiente de los recursos con que cuenta la entidad, contribuyendo a la materialización mejora de los servicios.
