Fomento del clúster en el municipio Heres- estado Bolívar: estrategia de desarrollo local

Abstract

La presente Investigación indaga vías de acción para el desarrollo económico sustentable del Municipio Heres del estado Bolívar, asiento de un importante número de Universidades, pero dependiente, no obstante, su creciente población económicamente activa, de los recursos manejados por la Alcaldía y la Gobernación de la localidad, entes gubernamentales que en la praxis se han convertido en su sostén económico, a pesar de estar cercano geográficamente con Ciudad Guayana, esta última dotada de industrias básicas y encadenamientos productivos. Se propone un Clúster como estrategia de desarrollo local, pudiendo ser un clúster del Conocimiento y se analizan casos en los que dicha estrategia ha sido exitosa.
